LARRY WALLS
With previous extensive work history in the construction industry, Larry changed tack in the 2010 into property. Working originally as a Bayside sales agent before taking up a position as Property Advisor with a Wealth management firm.
Growing up in regional Victoria and then travelling Australia extensively for work has provided Larry with the opportunity to engage with a large number of people from very diverse
backgrounds. Clients appreciate his easy going nature and straight forward approach.
As a highly motivated property professional, Larry’s every day working life can involve auctioning a property one day and then putting his advocate hat on to negotiate a purchase
for a client as a Buyer’s Agent. Larry’s expertise and extensive industry experience combined with his strong negotiating skills value add at each stage of the process. This allows Larry to operate
equally on both sides of the buying and selling equation.
With a professional attitude and hands on involvement in the business, Larry maintains an ethical approach to each and every transaction. Larry derives great satisfaction in the knowledge his clients have received a premium service with a high level of attention to detail and constant communication.
Away from work commitments, Larry has a range of leisure pursuits including family time, getting to the football with his daughters, the gym (all too infrequently), a day at the races, a
night at the trots, and sampling Melbourne’s laneway culture.
